FAQs

  • During our strategy process we will identity which specific metrics will show us progress towards your broader goal. Everyone is a little bit different so there is no one size fits all for metrics of success.

The only rule is that downloads are definitely not the metric of success anyone should be using.

  • Definitely not. Social media isn’t going anywhere. But we are suggesting that it is not the best use of resources for organisations who want to be a leading voice in their industry as social platforms are simply not designed for the depth and nuance needed to build authority. We’re inviting you to be part of a transition towards a future with better information and less social media usage.

We recommend shifting your focus to long-form media instead of pursuing vanity metrics associated with short-form content. This approach allows your work and expertise the time and space they need, rather than being squeezed into a 30-second video on an overcrowded platform. Additionally, long-form media can provide extra content for your short-form media needs.

  • Way less than you think!

For 2 hours per week, you can have a polished podcast that becomes your source of all other content for the entire month.

2 hours of your time = >25 pieces of content

  • Ideally someone from your organisation who knows their stuff, is charismatic and invested in the purpose of the organisation.

However, in some cases, hiring in external talent to host the show is desirable.

  • In the short-term, you can expect to save a tonne of time otherwise spent on ideation and creation of content for other platforms.

In the long-term, you can expect to see a much deeper connection with your audience, stronger brand loyalty, and much less need to put money into advertising campaigns.

  • Podcasts works best when they become your master content platform.

This means your episodes create all of your other content, be that blogs, socials, tweets, or newsletter items

  • We don’t offer paid promotion campaigns. Our focus is on organic growth. To achieve that we focus on making your show worth talking about.
